Ford Super Duty Power Stroke

The 60 PSI Boost Gauge monitors your 99-07 Super Duty’s boost levels from 0 to 60 PSI and is designed for any Power Stroke running high boost pressure. This Powerstroke boost gauge ensures your turbo is performing at optimum levels and that it does not overboost causing critical engine damage. A 6.0 Powerstroke boost gauge or 7.3 Powerstroke boost gauge is a great fit for monitoring levels when you’re getting more boost out of your stock or upgraded turbo. This gauge is ideal for newer or modified Super Duty’s running boost in the approximate area of 45 PSI to 55 PSI.

GlowShift’s Boost T-Fitting Adapter allows you to avoid drilling and tapping into your intake manifold by cutting the MAP line and inserting the T-fitting in the two cut ends. The two included hose clamps allow you to tighten the two ends of a MAP line to the T-fitting for an airtight seal which results in extremely accurate boost pressure readings. The T-fitting features a 1/8-27 NPT Female thread that can securely hold an electronic boost pressure sensor or compression fittings that will run the boost line directly to the back of the gauge.

The 1500° F Pyrometer EGT Gauge is essential for anyone driving a 1999-2007 Ford Super Duty F250 and F350 who is pushing for maximum output of their diesel engine. This 6.0 Powerstroke EGT gauge or 7.3 Powerstroke EGT gauge will ensure that your exhaust temperature is not running too hot which could result in engine failure. With features such as simple Plug and Play connectors for the power and sensor harnesses, when activated this pyrometer exhaust gas temperature gauge will take precise readings from 0 to 1500° Fahrenheit.

One of the first steps in getting the 1500° F Pyrometer Powerstroke EGT Gauge ready for use requires installing the included 1/8-27 NPT Type K Thermocouple EGT Probe. This process involves drilling and tapping the exhaust manifold to 1/8-27 NPT and then threading and tightening the included probe. This method will also provide you with extremely accurate exhaust gas temperature readings. GlowShift’s Drill & Tap Kit is available separately to help with the probe installation.

A Trans Temp Gauge is essential for any 6.0L Power Stroke or 7.3L Power Stroke and goes hand-in-hand with monitoring 4R100 and 5R100W TorqShift transmissions, especially on Super Dutys towing heavy loads. This gauge allows you to closely monitor the temperature of your transmission, ensuring that it does not overheat causing significant damage. Once you connect the included electronic transmission temperature sensor with 1/8-27 NPT male threads, this Powerstroke trans temp gauge will effectively take readings from 80° to 260° Fahrenheit.

There are a few different options for installing a 1/8-27 NPT transmission temperature sensor. For the 99-07 Ford Super Duty, we recommend installing the sensor to the transmission test port. Begin the install by removing the transmission test port plug. Before installing the sensor, also make sure to wrap the threads with Teflon tape and then place it into the transmission.

The 100 PSI Fuel Pressure Gauge for the 1999-2007 Ford Super Duty Power Stroke F-250 and F-350 with a 6.0L Power Stroke or 7.3L Power Stroke engine displays readings from 0 to 100 PSI. This 6.0 Powerstroke Fuel Pressure Gauge or 7.3 Powerstroke Fuel Pressure Gauge ensures pressure levels are steady and not too low which could result in loss of horsepower or damage to your fuel pump or injectors. For the 99-07 Super Duty, an average range of 45 PSI or higher is optimal.
