100% Customer Satisfaction is our goal, and that’s why you’re covered with our Satisfaction Guarantee! If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we will issue a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order as long as there hasn’t been any damage. It’s that simple!

Our Customer Support Team will be happy to prepare your return or exchange and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please insure your package since, unfortunately, we cannot refund or replace any items that are lost or damaged in transit. Once you have the RMA number, you’re ready to go, and you can send the return back to us at the following address:

Once we receive the package, one of our return specialists will check everything within 48 hours. As soon as our team finishes the inspection, you will receive a notification regarding the status of your return or exchange!
Some important notes about our policies:- All Sales are final 30 days after delivery, please contact us within that window to set up a return. When returning any GlowShift products, all merchandise must be in the original packaging and contain all of the included accessories. Missing accessories may result in a reduced credit.
- When returning any product that has come in contact with fluid, please place in a secure separate bag. Please also bag all mounting hardware separately.
- Something really important to keep in mind is that you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
- As a reminder, please insure your package, as we cannot refund or replace items lost or damaged in transit. Insurance is crucial because we do not assume responsibility for packages lost in transit during returns.
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are valid for 15 days from the issue date. That RMA number is a must for any product that is being returned, so please make sure to have one attached to the package! If a package is received without the RMA number, we won’t be able to process it within the 48 hour time frame. Any packages that are unable to be identified will be returned to the sender’s address as well.
- If you are returning a holiday gift, simply make sure to contact us before January 31st! Holiday gift returns are only eligible for website and phone orders placed from November 1st through December 25th. All holiday sales are marked as final as of February 1st, so please make sure to reach out to us before that time frame expires!
- Please note that if you are exchanging an item for one that costs more, you will have to pay for the price difference before the new product is shipped out. But we will cover the new product's shipping if the value is over $50. Otherwise, there will be a $6.99 shipping charge.
- All refunds due are issued in the form of your original payment and may take up to 2 days to process once we receive the product. After your refund is submitted, it can take 3 to 5 business days to post to your bank account or be applied to your credit card.
