GlowShift Transmission & Oil Pan Temperature Sensor Adapter Kits make it possible to install a sensor directly into your car or truck’s transmission pan or oil pan. This kit comes with everything for installation including a 1/8-27 NPT temp sensor adapter, nylon washer, nut and plug. To install the adapter, drill a hole into the engine oil or transmission pan and add the adapter, which in-turn allows for installation of the sender. This adapter can also double as a drain plug if you decide not to install a temp sensor.
